I am looking for a developer that really knows what they are doing & is transparent.

Here are the details about my project:
– I have a website with a TON of pages and many products.
– It currently loads at over 7 seconds.
– My SEO on it is horrible & needs work.

I need a professional who can:
– Improve my page speed by optimizing images, fixing code, editing themes, etc.
– Use Yoast to optimize all of my pages and posts.

– Write “I can get your site to load under 3 seconds” in your proposal
– Give me an approximate range of how much you would charge for stuff like this. ((Please send me more than just an hourly rate.))

This is a one-time project. However, I am hoping to find someone who does this project well and then hire them on a reoccurring basis for the many websites I manage.
